Ahead of the camping trip: Saute mushroom and celery. Cook the bacon and boil/slice the eggs. Mix all together in a tupperware and add the parsley for the trip. Put the grated cheddar in a bag and also bring the english muffins.
Heat the egg mixture and top with the grated cheese until melts. Toast the muffins and serve the eggs on the muffin halves.
