Cook bacon and crumble.
Combine eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg, sugar and tabasco with a beater.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the bottom of both pie shells. Add bacon next then add the egg mixture on top.
Bake both pies together at 450F for 15 minutes and 300F for 45 minutes.
Optionally: Top with halved cherry tomatoes or parsley or tomato slices.
Yummy and totally Bed&Breakfast like.
