Cook chicken and pork in separate pan with water enough to cover. Cook until done. Reserve chicken stock. Cool, remove skin and bones and chop and set aside.
Cook potatoes in chicken stock until done. Drain and add other ingredients to potatoes. Add pork and chicken and more chicken stock as needed. Simmer several hours.
Serve. Excellent if chilled and reheated.
