Simmer chicken in 3quarts of water for 2 hours until tender.
Remove chicken to a bowl and remove bone and dice up.
Add raw veggies or canned veggies to broth with juice. Simmer 1 more hour.
Remember to add spices to broth.
Add diced chicken back to broth.
Improves with age.
Fresh bread and butter makes perfect!
Adjust broth to taste for a thick stew reduce water or increase water for a thinner stew.
