Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tomatoes with their liquid in a medium bowl.
Add stuffing mix, water and garlic. Stir until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
Place chicken in 9x13 glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle chicken with basil and cheese.
Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
