Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM------------------------TOMATO SALSA----------------------------- 2 Ripe large plum tomatoes 2 ts Red onion; chopped 1/2 sm Green pepper; finely chopped 1/2 ts Ground cumin 1/2 ts Ground coriander 2 tb Fresh coriander; chopped 1 Cubes semi-soft goats cheese -to ; sprinkle on top Cut some of the bread into diagonal fingers. Preheat a ridged grill pan and when hot, toast the bread both sides. Brush with olive oil and then rub with a garlic clove. Skin the tomatoes, and chop finely. Mix with the red onion, green pepper and spices. Season well. To serve spoon the salsa on top, then add little cubes of goats cheese chevre.
