Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Roma tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Arrange Tuscan bread onto baking sheet and place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and put a spoonful of bruschetta mixture onto bread. Place back in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with fresh mozzarella slices.
