Combine oil and garlic and brush on bread. Place on cookie sheet and lightly broil for 1-2 minutes. Mix tomatoes, green onions, basil and shrimp and spoon on top of bread. Bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkly with parmesan cheese.
