1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place bread cut-side up on a foil-lined baking sheet; set aside
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, & pepper. Dizzle mixture over cut sides of bread. Sprinle bread with scallions and tomato, then top with cheese.
3. Bake in the upper half of the over for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts and begins to brown. Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
