Toast french bread slices brushed with olive oil - under broil - minute or 2 (watch so it doesn't burn)
Spoon Tomato Topping Mix (all ingredients except cheeses) on each piece of toast
crumble little goat cheese & Parmesan on each
put bake in oven - toast
You can use fresh tomatoes. I used to, but found the canned tomatoes had better flavor. You can use canned Plum Tomatoes or diced.
