Stir, add in either 1/2 a pkg. Of mild chili seasoning or the whole pkg. (Depending on your taste.)
Add in the small can of jalopinos (opt.)
Stir well, add in the V-8 juice. Or if you like a thicker chili leave it out. We like it more soupy.
Simmer for at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite topping or chips. Or nothing at all.
This chili can be frozen for later.
