1. Whisk together oil, vinegar,mustard,salt and pepper in small bowl. Place Brussels sprouts in large bowl. Add 1/2 c dressing and toss to combine. Let stand at room temperature until softened, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Add pecans, pear slices, and pomegranate arils to Brussels sprouts and toss to combine. Drizzle with remaining dressing just beffore serving.
