Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Chop brussel sprouts into 3 sections from top to bottom
Saute bacon in a skillet until cooked (slightly crispy)-do not drain fat
Add brussel sprouts, salt and pepper and water, cover and put in oven on 450 degrees for approx 15 minutes
Done when brussel sprouts are slightly browned
Add toasted walnuts and toss.
