Preheat 400.
Make balsamic reduction: Bring balsamic to simmer over medium heat in small saucepan. Simmer until reduced to 4 tbsp, about 30 mins. Pay attention as it can go quickly towards end and burn. Remove from heat and allow to cool. If using day of, store at room temperature; otherwise, refrigerate up to 2 weeks and bring to room temp before using.
Arrange bacon on cookie sheet(s) and bake until crispy, about 20 mins. Drain. Chop crosswise and set aside.
Meanwhile, toss the brussel sprouts with EVOO, salt and pepper. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet cut side down. Roast until browned and edges are crisp, about 30 mins.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pecans, brown sugar and garlic salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until toasted, about 5 mins. Remove from heat and set aside.
Transfer brussel sprouts to serving bowl. Drizzle balsamic reduction over top and sprinkle with bacon and pecans.
