Drew Smith ok....super super easy....not healthy, but easy...cut about 3 or 4 pieces of bacon into strips and fry til crisp and remove from pan... add a half stick of unsaled butter to remaining bacon fat and add a 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Keep on low heat and put it on the back burner.... don't let it over cook, you just want these to meld thoroughly for 5 minutes or so...cut your brussel sprouts in quarters and blanch in salted boiling water for about 2 minutes....drain well and mix with the butter/brown sugar syrup.... top with bacon strips and toasted pecan pieces....and i think that covers it....lemme know how it turns out..
