Wonderful shortcut for holiday meals especially. Lets you get the mashed potatoes done early instead of at the last minute.
6 cups warm mashed potatoes (mashed without milk or butter) In a small bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch Dressing and parsley flakes together. Stir into potatoes and pour into crockpot. Cook on low 1-4 hours or until your dinner is ready. Be careful when transferring to serving dish-mixture is extremely hot.
If it is going to be hours before you serve the potatoes they will need to be stirred once in a while.
