Whisk all ingredients and fridge at least one hour.
Pull out of fridge and let set 30 minutes. Add any flavors or mix ins.
Warm both sides of bubble waffle pan on burners at medium high heat.
Spray or brush with oil.
Pour 3/4 cup of batter onto pan. Clip together and immediately flip over.
Cook for 2 minutes and then flip and cook about 2 minutes more.
Repeat with remaining batter.
