Preheat Griddle with mid-low heat for 15 minutes.
Mix dry parts (Buckwheat flour, Pastry flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Salt) in a large bowl.
Break eggs in an another large bowl, add butter milk, soy milk and honey (wet parts), and, mix it well.
Add dry parts into wet parts slowly, and, mix it well.
Pour mixed contents on to preheated griddle with a scoop or similar to measure up an individual pancake size.
