Suggest a better descriptionSet cream cheese out to soften. Layer cream cheese on the bottom of the dish. Heat the hot sauce (half bottle) with chicken in sauce pan, then pour over cream cheese. Drizzle with Ranch dressing. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
