Preheat oven to 425.
Melt butter in small saucepan over med. heat. Add Mrs. dash, garlic powder and Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine and cook 1 minute. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Whisk in hot sauce and milk. Simmer 5-8 minutes. Add chicken and coat thoroughly.
Lay out tortillas. Put 1/4 - 1/3 cup chicken mixture in center of tortilla. Top with 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese. Tightly roll tortilla and place on well-greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with oil. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes, till brown.
Dip in salsa and sour cream.
