Combine cream cheese, Roka Blue spread, hot sauce and celery. Heat in microwave until cream cheese is melted. Stir. Add chicken and cheddar cheese. Mix together. Put into a baking dish. Top with more shredded Cheddar, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or celery sticks.
