Spicy buffalo burger patty
Combine flour, eggs, buffalo and *seasonings with raw turkey, mix thoroughly. ( DRAIN TURKEY JUICE BEFOR MIXING )
*Celery salt, Buffalo, garlic & pepper.
Form 6 oz burger patties out of mixture, press flat.
Grill on medium heat, forming clean grill marks, temping to 165 degrees.
*Serve with Celery, Carrots, hummus, blue cheese dressing. Top patty with fresh tomato
Press the burger very flat to ensure a well cooked exterior and interior without burning/drying/excessive cook time
