Spicy saucy buffalo wings
Brine solution :
-Mix together water, salt and pepper
- Add the Chicken and allow to soak for 2 hours.
Marinade:
-Combine the remaining ingredients except butter.
-Mix it with a blender.
1. Deep fry the chicken wings but do not overcook. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, add olive oil and butter.
3. Pour in the marinade and reduce until half of the mixture.
4. Add the cooked chicken wings and coat it with the marinade. Let sauce thickens.
5. Serve with hot steamed rice
