Preheat oven to 350. After the cream cheese has softened, mix it with the Frank's and ranch. Then add in the chicken. Finally add the cheese. Mix that in, then sprinkle some over the top. Bake for 30 min. 20 min in, pull it out, stir then sprinkle more cheese on top.
