Creamy sugar cream pie recipe.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour slowly, stirring until blended. Add half-and-half and sugar. Stir constantly until it starts to thicken. Pour into pie shell. Put a light dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon over the top.
Place pie on cookie sheet to catch bubble overs. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees - or until filling starts to bubble.
