Set the buttered bread aside.
To a bowl add the eggs, salt, feta and grated cheese and mix fully until combined.
Add a few tablespoons of the mixture on top of each slice of bread and spread it out all the way to the crust. On a low rack put your oven on BROIL (top broiler on) and keep a very close eye on them. Should take between 8-10 minutes but depends on your oven. They should be golden and firm to the touch.
