1. Warm up tortillas and chop vegetables.
2. Marinade Bulgogi meat with Bulgogi sauce and mix it with chopped onion, bell pepper, starch powder.
3. Put all ingredients in tortilla and wrap. Place on griddle and bake for 15 minutes on MEDIUM-LOW heat.
