This Korean dish is a family favorite and the recipe was given to me by a Korean woman I worked with at a hospital in Chicago.
Heat sesame oil in pan, add beef, garlic, gourmet powder, green oinions and soy sauce. Simmer until beef is tender. Serve over rice.
