Suggest a better descriptionHeat 1/2 cup water to boiling in a small saucepan and add bulgur. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes until all of the water is absorbed; stir occasionally. Remove pan from heat; allow bulgur to cool to room temperature. Place cooked bulgur and remaining ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers directions. Select regular baking cycle, medium crust setting, and start machine. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
