Pick over bulgur for stones, wash in plenty of water and drain. Saute onion 1 min.; add salt & bulgar for 2 min; add tomato and green pepper 5 min, add boiling broth 10-15 min (low). Steam 20 min. after cooking w/ towel under lid. Season with mint.
