Bulletproof diet
1. Salt meat
2. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of ghee over medium high heat.
3. Brown meat.
4. Add remaining ghee and the ginger cook 2 minutes.
5. Add tumeric stir 1 minute.
6. Add water with collagen.
7. Cook medium low for 45 minutes t 1 hour
8. Add carrots and sweet potatoes and cook 15 minutes.
9. Add zucchini and simmer 10 minutes
10. Stir in coconut milk and olive oil.
