Cut three pounds of lean meat to a uniform thickness. Marinate in above mixture for 48-72 hours in the refrigerator. (Add water to cover the meat). Turn or Stir occasionally to expose all surface of the meat to the marinade. (I use a tightly closed container and shake & turn upside down several times during the 48-72 hours)
Dehydrate at 145 degrees for 5-7 hours ... Depending on the thickness of the meat.
Fat does not evaporate or dehydrate . Cut/Trim off all fat.
If not going to consume immediately , ZipLock and freeze
