These are are an easy and less messy alternative to sticky buns. So good!!!
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a small bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a seperate bowl mix together brown sugar, butter, vanilla and the egg.
Combine the mixtures and the chips.
Spread the mixture in a non greased brownie pan.
Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
