Suggest a better descriptionCombine all the sauce ingredients together, mix well and keep aside.
Toast your burger buns until they are golden from the inside.
Combine all the ingredients of the beef patty together. Let everything sit together for 1-2 hours.
Divide the mixture into two. Using hands, form the patties bigger than the diameter of your burger, because as they cook they will shrink and thicken.
Grill or pan-fry each patty on medium heat till it is cooked through. Don't over cook or it will dry out.
Put the patties on a separate plate and while they are steaming hot place 1-2 cheese slices on each patty. Let rest for 1-2 mins.
Now for assembly. On the bottom bun add the lettuce, stack some thinly sliced tomato rounds, the beef patty along with cheese, slather with the sauce then top with some sliced pickled jalapenos and sprinkle crispy fried onions.
Serve with fries and the remaining burger sauce.
