Suggest a better descriptionBrown the meat in a skillet. Fry small portions at a time so the temperature doesn't sink. Add some water in the skillet and boil it clean between the portions. Add the water to a pot.
Add to the pot.
Brown the bacon and add to the pot.
Fry the onion until golden and add to the pot.
Add to the pot: carrots, red wine, tomato paste, garlic, thyme and laurel. Let it simmer for one hour until the meat is tender.
Fry the mushroom and add the pot.
Mix the flour in some cold water and add to the pot while stirring. Simmer for 15 min.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with potatoes or rice and a salad.
