Suggest a better descriptionPut flour and steak cubes in a plastic bag, shake until cubes are lightly coated. Be sure all flour is used. Melt butter in skillet then brown meat until all sides are browned. Remove from heat and add onion, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Stir in mushrooms, water and burgundy. Heat mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
