Suggest a better descriptionGrill tomatillos, jalapenos and garlic at 450 for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 a cup warm water and grill ingredients to blender with salt to taste for 1/2 of minute to make your green sauce.
Boil the tomatoes in water for about 15 minutes or until cook. Add the tomatoes with 1/4 cup of the water where you boil them. Add the Mexican crema, mayonnaise, mustard and salt to taste in blender. Mix until everything is completely blended. Place mixture back in boiling pan at low flame. Stir with spoon to avoid mixture getting stick to pan. Add water if mixture is too thick.
Warm a skillet to warm up tortillas.
Shred chicken.
Warm up tortillas and place about 1 spoon of shredded chicken and roll tortilla. 3 tortillas per serving.
Cover rolled tortillas with shredded cabbage
Add a few slices of avocado (optional)
Add a few slices of onion (optional) Add a few slices of tomatoe (optional)
Cover with tomatoes sauce
Each person adds tomatillo salsa as desired.
