Turn Ooni on and allow the stone to reach 400C.
Take burrata out of the fridge to allow to come to room temperature.
Stretch the dough out to 12 inches and lay out on peel (see pizza dough recipe). Spread the pizza sauce evenly out onto the base. Slide into the oven, ensuring it is rotated regularly.
Once cooked, remove from the oven. Lay prosciutto on top, then the burrata, scatter over the basil and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
