1. Cooke rice according to package directions. Let cool. Then stir in salsa. Set aside.
2. Make the chipotle cream sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice and salt. Set aside.
3. Assemble the bowls. Divide the rice mixture amount 6 serving bowls. Top evenly with lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro.
4. Serve immediately. Drizzle with the chipotle cream sauce.
