Easy to make and delicious burrito casserole. A family favorite.
Spray a 9X16 pan with cooking spray
Pour 1/2 the enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan
Line the bottom of the pan with 3 or 4 tortillas
Brown the beef with onions. Season with fajita seasoning. Drain.
Add the green chiles after draining. Add the tomato sauce after draining and stir into the beef.
Spread 1/2 the beef over the layer of tortillas at the bottom of the pan. Cover with cheese.
Add another layer of tortillas. Next add a layer of refried beans (warmed in the microwave).
Add the rest of the beef over the refried beans, cover with cheese. Save some cheese for the top.
Add one more layer of tortillas. Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over the whole thing. Put cheese over the enchilada sauce.
Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes until baked through.
