Fry the diced bacon. Drain the grease from the pan. In the pan used to fry the bacon, saute the onion and bell pepper until slightly tender. Scramble the egg in the bacon/onion/bell pepper mixture. Heat flour tortilla in microwave. Add spoonful of mixture to tortilla and add toppings to taste. Wrap up the tortilla.
