INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound Oreos
- 6 ounces Chocolate chips
- 2 Cups Powdered sugar
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 1.5 Cups Spanish peanuts ; Salted
- .5 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
- Cool whip
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush Oreos and mixed with melted butter- press in bottom of 9x13 pan- save 1/4 cup cookies to sprinkle on top.
Hot fudge sauce-
Mix chocolate chips, powdered sugar, 1 stick butter, evaporated milk in pan- stir boil for eight minutes- cool for two hours.
Layer:
Ice cream
Fudge sauce
Nuts
Cool whip
Sprinkled cookies
