Place cubed beef, potato, carrots, onion, bread, and tapioca in a large greased casserole and mix. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add Kitchen Bouquet to water. Sprinkle garlic powder over meat mixture and then pour water mixture over meat. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
