Brown Ground Beef. Season with salt and pepper and touch of Chili powder.
After browned, add mushroom soup, tomato sauce and beans or corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked macaroni. Top with cheese and heat in over at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
