Add all the spices ( 3-7) add garlic, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cashews, let them perfume the oil
Then add the chopped onions cook them until translucent then add tomatoes, add salt, chilli powder and coriander and cook the tomatoes until mushy
Then then add a little water and simmer for 10 min then cool the mixture and blend it and then strain it ( add a cup of water in this process to get all the contents ) to get a silly gravy
Then cook the chicken on a pan and then add it in the gravy
After that add heavy cream ,garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves crushed and sugar.
Simmer!
