1. Preheat oven to 475. Place butter and herbs in roasting panjust large enough to fit salmon. Heat about 5 mins, until butter and herbs begin to sizzle.
2. Add salmon to the pan, skin side up. Roast 4 mins. Remove from oven, peel off skin. (If skin does not peel easily, cook for another 2 mins) Sprinkle salt and pepper and turn filet over. Sprinkle salt and pepper again.
3. Roast 3-5 mins more, depending on thickness of filet.
4. Top with additional herbs and lemon wedge.
