Easy biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt stick of butter in the microwave. Put melted butter in an 8 X 8 baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
4. Pour in the buttermilk.
5. Stir until a loose dough forms. Batter will be sticky.
6. Pour biscuit dough into baking dish (right on top of the melted butter). Spread it out with the back of a spoon or a butter knife or your hand.
7. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes rotating dsh once during baking. Biscuits are done when they are golden brown on top and spring back to the touch.
