Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll out portion of Basic Sweet Roll Dough on floured surface to 24 to 30 inches. Brush dough with melted butter.
Cut 1/2-inch wide strips out of buttered dough. Place 3 to 4 strips on top of each other. Cut strips into 3-inch portions. Place strips on their sides (in a U-shape) in greased muffin tins. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
