Suggest a better descriptionCut 2-3 outer leaves from the leeks (the hardest ones)
Cut the remaining leaves approx 6 in long pieces.
Cut the pieces in half, lengthwise.
Wash them.
Put the pieces in a pan full of water, bring to boil and cook 15 minutes or until soft.
Drain and make balls to freeze.
When ready to eat, sear them in a pan with butter and salt, then top with parmesan cheese.
