1/2 cup flax-o-meal, butter pecan
3/4 cup carb countdown 2%
6 packets splenda, or 1/4 cup bulk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Mix Flax-O-Meal and Splenda.
Slowly add milk, 1/4 of a cup at a time, stirring continuously.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Heat griddle or large skillet to med-high; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Using a tablespoon, drop the batter onto the griddle in batches of three or four, depending on the size of your griddle or skillet.
Fry pancakes until browned on bottom.
Turn and continue cooking until the other side is done.
